Obituary of Lorretta Greenwood
With sadness the family of Karen « Lorretta » Mae Greenwood announces her peacefull passing, at the age of 74.
Flying freely in the wind,
I watched a butterfly.
It went from plant to plant
Then flew up to the sky.
I’m always blessed to see them,
So delicate and rare.
I feel so very lucky,
To have seen one in the air.
It’s said that butterflies are messengers,
Sent from Heaven above.
Everytime you see one,
It’s from the Angel that you love.
It’s just a little message,
To let you know they care,
And they can’t wait to see you,
When it’s your time to be there.
Lorretta is survived by George (Jane) Greenwood, Russ (Karen) Greenwood, Harley (Diane) Greenwood, and nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents Helen and Jim of Baynes Lake, and her sister Lorraine Thames of Comax, B.C.
There will be no service.
Arrangements entrusted to McPherson Funeral Services.
