Obituary of Lois May Powell
POWELL, Lois May of Port Dover, passed away peacefully at Norfolk General Hospital on Saturday, December 26, 2020 in her 92nd year. Predeceased by her husband Jack (2008) and her parents Edward (Ted) and Mildred Payne. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Derry and Ora Powell and Jack Jr. and Tammy all of Port Dover. Much loved grandmother of Deryc and Sarah and great-grandmother of Maitland, Paxton and Daxton. Predeceased by her parents Edward and Mildred Payne, brother Don Payne and sisters and brothers-in-law Irene and Allan Dougherty and Jean and Derry Balch. In keeping with Lois’ wishes cremation has taken place. Due to the Covid-19 restrictions all services will be private. Arrangements have been entrusted to Thompson Waters Funeral Home, Port Dover 519-583-1530.
