Lillian Joyce Brown
1930-2020
Peacefully at her residence in the presence of her loving
family, Saturday, March 14, 2020 Lillian Joyce Brown of Oak Haven, NB.
She was the loving wife of Harry B. Brown for over 71
years.
Lillian was born August 12, 1930 at Oak Haven, NB, daughter
of the late Chester and Josephine Purdy.
In addition to her loving husband, she is survived by her
children, Linda Winchester, Jim (Cathy), Ernie, Wayne, Dianne Brown
(Jim MacLean), Eddie (Mary) and Chris, ten grandchildren and their
spouses, nine great-grandchildren, sister, Margaret Orr, several
nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by
granddaughter, Gabby, brothers Les, Bill and Arnold, sisters Muriel,
Myrtle, Lorraine, Rena, Gerry, Irma and Carmen.
Resting at The S.O. Mehan & Son Funeral Home Ltd., 23
Main St., St. Stephen, NB. from were a funeral service will be held on
Wednesday, March 18, 2020, 2:00 PM with Rev. Brett Anningson
officiating.
Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday,
March 17, 2020 from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8
PM.
Interment at the Oak Bay Rural Cemetery at a later
date.
For those who wish, remembrances to Oak Bay Cemetery,
Charlotte County Cancer Society or a charity of one’s choice
would be appreciate by the family.
