Peacefully at Thorncliffe Place on Thursday, July 30, 2020 in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late William Kerr (1968). Cherished mother of Deborah June Lowe (Douglas) and Barbara Elizabeth Grant (Robert). Loving grandmother of Morgan Lowe (My My), Ryan Lowe (Michelle), Sarah Christie (Rock), and Fraser Christie (Melissa). Loved great-grandmother of Max and Macy Lowe and Leah and Lily Christie. Dear sister of Opal Murphy (the late Walter) and the late Ken (Marjorie), Howard, Don, and Ina Dyer (Walter). Fondly remembered by her sisters-in-law Beulah and Isobel Robinson, her former son-in-law Bob Christie (Jane) and many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to Dr. Oliver and the staff at Thorncliffe Place for their loving care and compassion. Friends are welcome to pre-register if planning to attend a memorial service at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road (between Bayshore and Baseline Rd.) on Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at 2 p.m. Please call 613-726-0292 to pre-register if you will be attending.
