John (Jack)
MacLeod long time resident of Grandview and Albion passed away
peacefully Saturday, February 22, 2020 at the age of 85, with his
loved ones by his side. He is predeceased by his parents Whitfield and
Florence and sister Joan McDougall (Boston). John is survived by
nephews Phillip and David, nieces Nancy and Janet (U.S.A.). He leave
behind his beloved companion Vera, best friend Barry, Malcolm and
David as well as his extended MacLeod family in Ontario.
John was well known in the community as a vegetable
vendor, talented musician and fun loving story teller.
A Celebration of Life social time will be held on
Friday, February 28, 2020 at the Montague Arena, party room from 4 to
7 pm.
Special thank you to the
wonderful Staff Palliative Care Unit KCHM, Montague Rotary Club and
Hospice of Southern Kings County.
