Obituary of Jack Henry Leismaster
It is with immense sadness that we announce the passing of Jack Leismaster. Dad’s beautiful heart stopped November 29th at Northumberland Hills Hospital with loving family by his side. Dad /Grandpa Jack will be dearly and forever missed by his son Chad (Jenna) and his adored grandkids Ben, Evan and Audrey. Dad, Grandpa your guiding hand on our shoulders will remain with us forever.
