Obituary for
Gladys Marlene Serink
Gladys M. Serink (nee Schultz) passed away on January 21, 2020 at home in Edmonton, AB, surrounded by her loving husband of 60 years Stan; her children, Debbie and Doyle (Lisa); and grandson, Kevin.
Gladys was born in Lamont, raised in Bruderheim and resided in Edmonton, Alberta.
She leaves behind her sisters, Norma (Dennis) and Janet (Dennis); and several nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family and friends from over the years.
Gladys is predeceased by her father, Samuel; mother, Alice; brother, Archie; sister, Florine; and grandson, Cody.
A Celebration of Gladys’ Life and a Memorial Service will be held Saturday, January 25 at 11:00 a.m. at Park Memorial Chapel, 9709 – 111 Avenue, Edmonton.
Cremation has taken place. In lieu of other tributes, donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
