It is with overwhelming sadness that I announce the passing of my beloved husband Joe on Friday December 18 at St Joseph’s Hospital Hamilton….Joe was predeceased by his parents Michele Mastrangelo and Maria Emiddia Rosati of Santa Croce di Magliano Campobasso Italy. Joe is survived by his loving wife Sheila and his only brother Luigi (Gino) and his wife Giovanna and their 3 children…Anna Maria Commisso (Cosimo) and their children Joseph,Lucas, Max and Noah…Michael Mastrangelo (Danielle) and their children Nicolas and Alexa …and Massimo Mastrangelo. Joe is also survived by several aunts,uncles,cousins, and longtime friends in Italy .They kept in touch constantly and shared many memories….a part of Joes heart always remained in Santa Croce. Joe emigrated to Canada in 1966 and Gino followed in 1967. Together they started a successful business Gino Mobile Repair Ltd in Burlington where they have sold and repaired mobile cranes for over 30 years and Joe will be missed greatly by many customers. Due to covid 19 lockdown, a private funeral service was held on Wednesday December 23 with Bishop Wayne Lobsinger of St Ann Parish Ancaster in attendance with burial afterwords at the mausoleum Resurrection Cemetery Ancaster .
