BIRMINGHAM, Gerald Francis – It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to our much loved father, Gerald Francis Birmingham, on August 31, 2020 at the age of 87. Predeceased by parents Edward and Mary (Molly) and his siblings Jim, Ed, Ron, Bob, Joan, and Marg. Leaving to mourn his daughters Lynn (John Bishop), Gerri (Kim Humber) and Jane Birmingham; and mother of the children, Shirley Birmingham; grandchildren Lesley Bishop, Stephen Bishop (Kristie Lawlor), David Lorenzi and Chelsey Guinchard (Scott, Caleb, Christian and Kate Guinchard); sister Helen Beyers; sisters-in-law Jo Birmingham, Louise Birmingham and Viola Birmingham; also many relatives and friends. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Thursday, September 3, from 2p.m. – 6p.m. Funeral service will take place at 3p.m. Friday, September 4, from Caul’s Chapel with interment to follow at Mount Carmel Holy Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made in his memory to The Gathering Place. We would like to send sincere gratitude to the staff of 4 North A, 4 North B, and 5 North A of the Health Sciences Centre for their exceptional care and compassion. Dad you will be missed and forever in our hearts.
