Entered peacefully into eternal rest at the Village at St. Clair on January 12, 2020 at 79 years of age. Loving wife of the late Larry Carter. Dear mother of Lisa Greenwood (Bill) and Greg Carter. Treasured grandmother of Heather and Adam Greenwood. Sister of Elaine Clark (late George) and Stuart Fremlin (Susan). Sister-in-law of the late Peggy Runciman (late Stuart). Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Gail was a long-time employee of Big V in Byron, Ontario. She was a faithful member of the Byron United Church for many years. Cremation will take place.
