Fernand Joseph LeBlanc
Fernand J. LeBlanc, 70, of
Notre Dame, passed away suddenly at his residence on Wednesday, May 6,
2020. Born in Sainte-Paul-de-Kent, he was the son of the late Alphee
and Marguerite (Richard) LeBlanc.
Fern was a metal worker with
Apex Industries for many years. He loved the outdoors and spent many
hours hunting, fishing and going on ATV trips. His particular hobby
was his vegetable garden and challenging his grandson, Tyler, to a
good game of Monopoly. Fern was a social butterfly and would strike up
a conversation with anyone who came by to
visit/.
Fern will be sadly missed by
his wife, Heather (Cummings) LeBlanc; daughters, Nicole LeBlanc
(Jordie) and Darlene Mouris (Charles); grandson, Tyler LeBlanc, all of
Moncton; sisters, Jeannette Caissie (Norman) and Lorraine Fearon
(John), both of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent and Claudette Maillet (Emile) of
Leominster, Mass.; brothers, Alderice LeBlanc (Claudette) of
Sainte-Marie-de-Kent and Leo Paul LeBlanc (Debbie) of Cocagne; as well
as several nieces, nephews and extended family
members.
In addition to his parents, he
was predeceased by sisters, Dora LeBlanc (Camille) and Zella Richard
(Willie) and brother, Gerard LeBlanc
(Yvonne).
Due to COVID-19 restrictions,
a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
