Obituary
With broken hearts we announce the passing of Mae Angelos, on Sunday, September 13, 2020 in her 98th year. Mae, beloved wife of the late George Angelos and Fred Moyer. Loving mom of Bonitta and her husband Kenneth Mandeno, the late Jo-anne and her late husband Bob Fraser, Gary Moyer and his wife Dale, Laurence Moyer, and the late Louise Moyer. Proud Grandma of Shelley (Frank), Sandra (Wayne), Tracey (Jeff), Sara, Richard, and Phillip; and Great Grandma of 5. Dear sister of Shirley Larson. Forever remembered by her nieces, nephews, and dear friends. Predeceased by her brothers Melbourne, Robert, and Delbert; and her sisters Barbara Johnston and Isobel Rourke.
Mae was a lifetime member of the St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, 65 years with the Women’s Institute, and a respected member of the Agricultural Society.
The family wish to express their gratitude to Wendy, Sharron, and the staff at Lee Manor for the care and compassion shown towards them.
A Private Family Funeral Service for Mae will be live streamed on Friday, September 18, 2020 at 1:00pm from the Breckenridge-Ashcroft Funeral Home, 241 9th Street West, Owen Sound, 519-376-2326.
