Edna B. Hutcheon
1926-2020
Edna B. Hutcheon of Moncton, NB passed
away at the Veterans Health Centre on Thursday, June 25, 2020 at the
age of 97. Born in Bayside, Charlotte Co., NB she was the daughter of
the late Frank and Anna C. «Lottie» (MacCoubrey)
Richardson.
Edna was a chartered member of Emmanuel Baptist Church
Moncton. She was a member of the CWAC from 1942 to 1945 and she was a
former member of the Scottish Association.
She is survived by her daughter, Jean McAfee of Saint John,
NB; one son, Roy D. and his wife Michelle of Missouri; grandchildren,
Susan Clark (Blair), Karen Betts (Luke), Greg McAfee (Kari), Nathan
Hutcheon (Debroah) and Ariel Hutcheon; seven great-grandchildren; as
well as several nieces and nephews including Lois
Weatherby.
In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her
husband, Douglas Hutcheon in 1999; two brothers, Horace and John;
sisters, Evelyn, Vera and Carlotta.
Visitation will be held at Tuttle Brothers and Riverview
Funeral Home, 214 Pine Glen Rd, Riverview, NB on Monday, June 29, 2020
from 12:00pm until time of service at 1:00pm with Pastor Joel Eastwood
officiating.
Due to the COVID-19 Restrictions the maximum amount of
friends and family are limited to 50.
Interment will be in Fairhaven Memorial
Gardens.
Donations in Edna’s memory may be made to Emmanuel Baptist
Church Memorial Fund would be appreciated by her
family.
