Obituary of Don Meacham
Don passed away at his home on Tuesday, February 25, 2020. Born in Toronto, on October 28, 1932, Donald E. Meacham of Owen Sound, was in his 88th year.
Beloved husband for 52 years of the late Doris (née Strachan) Meacham (January 1, 2020). Don will be sadly missed by his dear friend Wendy Grosz (Cam Annett), his God-daughter Theresa Beyer (Robert Moyer), and her sister Nicole Turner (Sean). Also dearly missed by close friends Anne Ashcroft (Doug), and Greg McIvor (Jane).
Predeceased by his parents Milford and Gladys (née Tenbroeck) Meacham.
Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, 554 – 15th Street East, Owen Sound, on Saturday, March 14, 2020, at 11 a.m. Interment will take place in Greenwood Cemetery, Owen Sound, followed by a reception at the BRIAN E. WOOD FUNERAL HOME, 250 – 14th Street West, Owen Sound (519-376-7492).
