Bowen, David Harold
Passed away peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital on Friday, May 15th, 2020 in his 88th year. Beloved husband of Beverley (Easton) for 31 years. Loving step- father of Vicki Easton, Dawn Easton- Merritt (David), Cheryl (John) Wiacek. Special grandpa to Hattie, Ali, Annie, Will, Paul and Neil. Fondly remembered by four great grandchildren. Deeply missed by his many nieces, nephews and extended family. Predeceased by late wife Eleanor and sister Irene and brother Charles. David established a two-way Radio Communication Company and maintained that communication business with the Emergency services serving Brantford, Haldmiand/Norfolk Regional Police and Guelph Police systems. In his spare time you could find him flying across the sky in his own Cessna. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. At his request cremation has taken place and a private service will take place at Mount Hope Cemetery. Donations to the ICU or the Palliative care unit at the Brantford General Hospital would be appreciated. The family wish to thank the doctors, nurses and the staff at the Brantford General Hospital for their care, compassion and dignity of David.
