Daryl Savoy
1956-2020
REXTON, NB – It is with great sadness that the
family announces the passing of Daryl Savoy 63, at his home on
Thursday, February 6, 2020. Born in Dalhousie, NB he was the
son of the late Frank Savoy and late Irene (Flanagan) Savoy.
Before retiring, Daryl was employed as a correctional
officer. He loved the NFL and was a huge fan of the
Pittsburgh Steelers.
Daryl will be sadly missed by his wife, Shelley (Thompson)
Savoy of Rexton; two brothers, Brian Savoy (Cathy) of Coté
Ste. Anne; Marvin Savoy (Joy) of Aldouane; special Goddaughter,
Krystal and his nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at Thompson’s Funeral Home
in Richibucto on Sunday from 6-9 pm only. In keeping with
Daryl’s wishes there will be no funeral service.
Donations in Daryl’s memory may be made to the charity of
the donor’s choice.
