Peacefully at Miramichi Lodge, Pembroke with her family at her side on Thursday January 30, 2020 at the age of 68 years. Carlyn Buske (nee Panke) of Pembroke, beloved wife of Herb Buske. Loved and cherished mother of Chris Buske (Lydia) Nestow, AB, Marc Buske (Bethany), Amherst NS and Cindy Dares (Chris), Lunenberg NS. Loving grandmother to Andrea, Jasmine, Simon and Willow. Dear sister of Bruce Panke (Donna). Daughter of the late Norman and Dorothy (nee Hebert) Panke. Carlyn will be sadly missed by all her nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Carlyn was very active in her community, as a Scout Leader in Cobden, a member of the Alice and Fraser Horse Association and a 4-H Leader. Friends are invited to share their memories of Carlyn with her family during visitation at the MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 296 Isabella Street, Pembroke on Thursday February 6, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday morning February 7th at 11 o’clock in the Church of the Most Holy Name of Jesus, Pembroke.
