Ewart, William John
Passed away peacefully at the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital on Sunday December 6th 2020 in his 83rd year. Born in Kingston, predeceased by his parents Robert and Emma Ewart. Beloved husband of Margaret Dianne Ewart (nee O’Reilly) for 59 years. Loving father of John (Sandra), Jeff (Colleen), and James (Tara). Proud grandfather of Shayla, Teagan, Jeremy, Jesse, ad Cassidy. Dear brother of June Smith (Ross); predeceased by siblings Muriel, Theresa, Sonny (June), and James (Bonnie). Bill will be dearly missed by his nieces, nephews, family, friends and especially the crew from Black Lantern Hunt Club and his little companion Buddy. The family wish to extend a sincere thank you to the staff at Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital ICU, Dr. Mark Bailey and especially Amanda and Melanie for their compassionate care. Cremation has taken place. A family celebration of life will be held at the Simcoe Funeral, 38 James St E Orillia (705) 327-0221 on Sunday December 13th 2020.
