Mr. Beverly Welock Allison, husband of Gloria (Doran) Allison of Route 425 Whitney NB, passed away Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at Miramichi Regional Hospital, at the age of 78.
Born in Whitney NB, he was the son of the late Ernest and Katherine (Matchett) Allison. He was retired from Mill Stores at the former Repap and also a member of Whitney Baptist Church.
Besides his wife Gloria, he is survived by one daughter Melanie Dawn Sheets (Kris) of St. Cloud Florida, one son Derek Ernest Allison (Martha) of Monrovia California, one sister Anna Hare (Winston) of Miramichi, two brothers, Daryl Allison (Catherine) of Whitney and Hubert Allison (Linda) of Whitby Ontario, four grandchildren, Carson, Lyla and Luke Sheets and Rowan Allison.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by one sister Marilyn Sutherland, one brother-in-law Robert Sutherland.
Mr. Beverly Welock Allison is resting at Davidson’s Funeral Home, 597 Old King George Hwy, with visitation on Sunday evening from 7-9 and Monday 2-4 & 7-9. The Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, January 21, at 2 p.m. at Davidson’s Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Gerry Vanderveen officiating. Burial will be in the Whitney Baptist Cemetery in the spring.
