McGEE, Beverley Anne
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Beverley McGee at the Belleville General Hospital on Tuesday, February 25th, 2020 at the age of 72. Beverley was the daughter of Gladys Stapley and the late Ford Stapley. She was the much loved wife of Jim Scruby. Beverley was the loving mother to Debbie Scott (Derek Daley), Donna McGee. She will be sadly missed by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is survived by her brothers Ed Stapley (Marilyn) and Glen Stapley (Susan) and predeceased by her brothers Jerry Stapley (surviving Beth), Bill Stapley (surviving Susan) and by her sister Audrey Almay. Beverley will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews.
In keeping with Beverley’s wishes, cremation has taken place under the care of the John R. Bush Funeral Home, 80 Highland Avenue, Belleville (613-968-5588). There will be a Celebration of Beverley’s Life and Inurnment at Elmwood Cemetery, Corbyville at a later date. If desired, donations to the Salvation Army or the Belleville General Hospital Foundation – Oncology Department would be appreciated by the family.
