We regret to announce the passing of Annie Mae (Shaw) LeBlanc, on Tuesday, July 21, 2020, peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Southside Boularderie, she was the daughter of the late Neil and Margaret (Morrison) Shaw.
Annie Mae was a resident of Florence for many years. She was an active member of Wilson United Church choir. She loved to play Bingo. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
She is survived by her sons David (Mary) James (Anne), Johnnie and Danny (Judy), and her daughter Cathy (Billy). She also leaves behind several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Wilson LeBlanc, sister Annie White (John), brothers Neil and Angus, daughter Wanda Lee in infancy, granddaughters Laura Anne and Crystal Lee, great-granddaughter Hailey and daughter-in-law Miriam (MacRae) LeBlanc.
Because of the Covid restrictions, there will be no public visitation. A graveside committal service will take place on Friday, July 24, 2020, at 2 pm in St. Stephen Cemetery, Florence. Words of comfort may be forwarded to her family at www.jmjobesfuneralhome.com
