Allan Murray Wilcox – January 3, 2020
We are sad to announce the passing of Allan on January 3, 2020 at the Pinecrest, Hospice Unit.
Allan was predeceased by his father Jim, step mother Flo, and his brother Larry. He will be sadly missed by his mother Helen, brothers Ken and Brent and their families, his daughter Amber (Ryan), granddaughter Peyton and his son Tim.
Allan was employed with the City of Kenora, working at the rec centre and Keewatin rinks. He could be seen at there, driving the Zamboni and recently Allan had designed the Thistle Logs for centre ice at the Kenora rink.
The family would like to thank all of Allan’s coworkers and friends, Aunt Pauline and Larry for all their visits and treats, also Mike Limerick and all the nursing staff.
A special thank you to his sister in law Arleen for all her help and care.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers the donations would be greatly appreciated to the Pinecrest Hospice Unit.
