Alistair Clark
1955-2020
It is with the heaviest of hearts that the family of Alistair
MacKenzie Clark announces his unexpected passing which occurred on
July 10, 2020 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Miramichi,
NB, in 1955, he was the only son of the late Alexander and Margaret
(Naves) Clark.
Al is survived by his loving wife, Helen Clark, along with
their children: Jonathan Clark (Amy) of Quispamsis, NB, and
Rebecca Clark (Anne Stuebner) of Virginia, USA. Al is also survived by
his sisters: Debra Clark (Bill Mascall) of Ramsgate, England, Linda
Hicks (Henry) of Centreville, NS, and Donna Hill (Trevor) of
Broadstairs, England; and his grandchildren, who were the apple of his
eye, and called him «Norton», Owen and Evan Clark; as well
as many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Al had two wonderful careers that he was very proud of:
Lantic Sugar and Irving Oil Refinery. He was a handyman and was great
at everything he did. Most importantly he was a loving husband and
family man.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Sherwood’s
Funeral Home and Life Tribute Centre (506-839-2156), 18 Scovil Road,
Norton, NB. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, private services will be
held.
Donations in memory of Alistair may be made to the IWK
Foundation, St. Simon and St. Jude’s Anglican Church, or the charity
of the donor’s choice. Personal condolences to the family
and donations may be made through: www.sherwoodsfuneralhome.com
