Peacefully, on Sunday, December 1, 2019 in Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg, in her 89th year. Beloved wife of the late Arthur. Loving mother of Gregory (Cathy), Michele, and Lori (Bob) Anderson. Cherished grandmother of Brooks (Brenda), Dustin (Sherry), Chadd (Brittany), Brandon and Courtney. Dear great grandmother of Owen, Hailey, Faith, Haven, Ruby and Rosemary. The family would like to thank Dr. Xi and Dr. Emery for their outstanding care over the years. As per Joan’s request, a private interment will take place in Cobourg Union Cemetery.
