Obituary of Elizabeth Anne Molnar
Molnar, Elizabeth Anne (Bette) (nee Stewart)
August 31st, 1931 – December 8th, 2019.
Early in the morning December 8th Bette was taken from us and called to the Lord.
She was predeceased by her husband Joseph Molnar (1991). Loving mother to Michael (Cathy) Molnar and Michelle (Kerry) Rorison and proud and loving grandma to Deanna(fiancé Alex) & Kevin Molnar, and Abby Rorison. She is survived by her brother Douglas Stewart and many loved nieces and nephews.
Bette worked at the Bell Telephone Company of Canada, Burroughs Furniture, Woolco and Walmart.
After retirement she kept herself busy with bowling, pottery and volunteering in Jordan Village. She also volunteered at our St. Catharines hospital on the surgical floor for many years, accumulating 7397 volunteer hours.
She dearly loved all of her extended family, lifelong friends, bowling and pottery friends, the Church of Christ congregation and the caregivers at St. Catharines hospital.
Cremation has taken place. A family interment will follow at a later date. Family and friends will be received Friday evening December 13th from 6:00 – 8:00pm at Tallman Funeral Home 3277 King Street in Vineland. A funeral service will take place on Saturday December 14th at 11 am at the Church of Christ, 439 Ontario Street, St. Catharines.
