Peacefully with family by his side Bob Pickles passed away on December 30, 2019 at Bobier Villa. Lovingly remembered by his wife Doreen of 38 years. Loving Father of Bobby, Jackie, Fred (Terry), Lori and John. Loving Dad to Lorne (Cindy) and Sandra (Ed). Grandpa to Robbie, Robyn, Dion, Shane, Trina, Casaundra (Ben), Chelsey (Derek) and Kaitlyn (Ryan). Great Grandpa to Tayvin, Tristan, Tianna, Bryson, Briella, Carly, Jenna and Neyma. Survived by sister Betty and sister-in-laws; Jean, Barbara (Gary) and Earla. Predeceased by his parents Fred and May, and siblings; Fred, Tom, Jack, Connie and Eva.
Bob enjoyed working at the Public Utility Company-London for 31 years.
Friends and relatives are invited to visitation at Denning’s of Rodney on Thursday, January 2, 2020 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place Friday, January 3, 2020 at 11 a.m. with reception to follow. If desired, memorial contributions payable by cheque to the Alzheimer’s Society, Canadian Cancer Society or Diabetes Association as an expression of sympathy are appreciated by the family.
