Blaise Adam Andrade
November 29th, 1996 – December 3rd, 2019
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden tragic passing of Blaise in his 23rd year at SCGH. Cherished son of Susan Sadowksy (Brady). Dear son of Mike Andrade (Amanda). Brother to Michael Andrade, Izzy Rees, Dalia Rees, Eddy Rees, Mateo Andrade, Jamar Andrade, Sherine Andrade, Brianna, Khaile, Dallas, Daven, Triston. Grandson of Ann Sadowsky and the late John Sadowsky, Guysie Andrade, Norma Harrris and the late George Harris. Loved Nephew of Shari Sadowsky, Scott Duyn; cousin to Grace and Laurel Duyn, Navarone and Dominic Gordon. Uncle to Riana, Janaya, Myla, Noela and Diana, Daniel, and Jasmine. The greatest Uncle, best friend, caregiver, playdate maker to Carter Andrade. Not to be left out his fur babies Herb and the late Bronx.
Blaise attended Ferndale Public School and Dennis Morris Secondary, He loved to play lacrosse, fishing, and his music. He worked beside his father and brothers everyday at the Caribbean Eatery. Blaise’s smile was contagious; his sense of humour, jokes and crazy impressions could turn around your worst day. Traditions, family and friends meant everything to Blaise. Never forgotten are Blaise’s friends, his brothers from another mother and his girls (you know who you are). Every one of you held a special place in his heart. The basement will never be the same.
Blaise will live forever in our hearts and dreams. Until we meet again my Beautiful Boy. I love you.
A special thank you to Scott Checcino. You gave us a chance to say Good-Bye. Also a big thank you to his Doctors and nurses in the ICU for your care and compassion. Especially Mark.

Visitation will be Friday, December 13th, 3:00 pm-8:00pm and Saturday, December 14th 10:00am-11:00am at George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton St, St. Catharines. Service will follow Saturday’s visitation at 11:00 am in the funeral home chapel.
