Sylvia MacGregor (Nee Vasquez)
Sylvia leaves behind the legacy of strength and tenacity. After 9 years of battling Stage 4 Breast Cancer, she passed away on November 18 peacefully after a wonderful day with her beloved family. She is a selfless example of love and compassion.
Best friend and life-long sweetheart of Stuart for 30 years. Doting and understanding mom of Caila (Mike Fuerth) and Stuart Michael. Much loved daughter of Petra Vasquez and the late Jose (1994) and daughter-in-law of Stuart and the late Beverly (2008). Dear sister of Maria “Lupe” Vasquez and Jose & wife Joni Vasquez. Loving aunt of many nieces and nephews. She will be missed by her feline companions Niko, Kato, and Ashley. Sylvia will be forever loved by many friends and family, too many to mention.
She was a 40 year employee with the Attorney Generals Office in Michigan and will be missed by her colleagues.
