Obituary of Barbara Davis
Davis Barbara Ann (Lusby)
passed peacefully, at the Brantford General Hospital on Sunday, November 10, 2019 at the age of 88 years. Beloved wife of the late Alex. Loving mother of Margaret (Janet Pimblett) of St. Albans, England and Michael (Vessie) of Ottawa. Lovingly remembered by granddaughter Tara of Ottawa. Predeceased by her parents Harry and Margaret Lusby. Barbara was a student at Brantford Collegiate Institute and at Trinity College-University of Toronto. Barbara and her family lived in Montreal for 30 years. After her retirement she returned to Brantford where she was involved with a number of volunteer organizations. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church 9 Waverly Street Brantford on Thursday, November 28, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. Cremation has taken place. Interment of cremated remains to follow Memorial Mass at Farringdon Burial Ground. In lieu of flowers donations to St. Pius X Church or St. Josephs Lifecare Foundation would be appreciated.
