Son of Karen Cowan and Tammy Jacques of Atwood, and Rick and Cathy Slater of Mitchell.
Brother of Chris and Ashley Slater, Amanda and Philip Ripper, Anderw Jacques-Durston, Melissa Jacques-Durston, Sean Slater, and Mathew Jacques-Durston, and uncle of Katana, Colt, Layla, Saphira, and Athena.
Grandson of Sandra Giesbrecht, and Ted and Chris Cowan, all of Brussels, Vern and Judy Jacques of Stratford, and Phyllis Slater of Alberta, and remembered by his aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Loved by his family and friends at L’Arche, Stratford.
