Obituary of Reggie Daniels
DANIELS, Stanley Reginald “Reggie” – Age 92, North River, Lunenburg Co., passed away on Sunday, October 20, 2019 in Rosedale Home for Special Care, New Germany, where he had been residing. Born in North River, Lunenburg Co., he was a son of the late Edward and Cora (Daniels) Daniels.
Surviving are his daughters, Doreen (Alan) Oickle, Simpsons Corner; Christine (Darryll) Tanner, Stonehurst; Bettyanne Robar, North River; Bonnie (David) Bent, British Columbia; son, Ivan Daniels, North River; 10 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great granddaughter; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Mildred Iona (Robar); sisters, Amy Robar, Gertrude Robar, Bernice Daniels; half-sisters, Grace and Esther; brothers, Clifford, Leslie, Cecil; half-brother, Ray Robar; stepbrother, Acie and a brother in infancy.
No visitation at the funeral home by request. A public graveside Service of Remembrance will be held 1 p.m., Thursday, October 24, in St. Paul’s Lutheran Cemetery, North River. Rev. Catherine Robar officiating with a Celebration of Life reception immediately following from 2-4 p.m. in North River Community Hall, #915 North River Road, North River. No flowers by request. Donations may be made to the Rosedale Home for Special Care Van Fund or St. Paul’s Lutheran Church.
