Michael Shanahan
Peacefully, on October 30, 2019 at 73 years of age. Reunited with his beloved wife Helen (2007) and his son Kevin (1978). Loving father of David Shanahan (Theresa), Jodi Baribeau (Keith) and Kelly Mowers (Adam). Treasured Grandpa of Brianna, Brandon, Payton, Hunter, Brian, Emma and Tanner. Dear brother of the late Patricia Richards (2006), (Bruce), Carol Merrett, Tom Shanahan (late Marie, 2017), John Shanahan (late Mary, 2014). Predeceased by his parents Jack and Orla Shanahan. He will be sadly missed by his nieces and nephews. He was a member of the Bishop J. T. Kidd Council #4924 and a 4th Degree member with the Wilfrid J. Langlois Assembly #1789. If you so desire, donations to In Honour of the Ones We Love would be appreciated by the family. Visiting Sunday 3-5pm and 7-9pm with 3rd and 4th Degree prayers at 7:30pm at Families First, 1065 Lauzon Rd. East Windsor, 519-969-5841. On Monday, friends and family are invited to meet after 9:30 am at Most Precious Blood Church (1947 Meldrum Rd.) followed by Mass at 10:30am. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
