Saturday October 26th, 2019 at Pioneer Manor, Sudbury.
Survived by her loving children Andrea Poryckyj, Andrei Poryckyj (wife Leah Poryckyj) and Lara Poryckyj and her cherished granddaughters Ava and Sienna Poryckyj. Dear sister to John Semeniuk. Predeceased by her father Walter Semeniuk (2003) her mother Eva Gibson (2008) and brother Bob Semeniuk. Wife to Wasyl (Bill) Poryckyj predeceased. Sadly missed by many friends.
Maria had been a teacher for over 30 years with the Sudbury Rainbow Board of Education. She was proud of her Ukrainian heritage and active in the local Ukrainian community. She will be remembered as a very active and vibrant woman who loved life and lived it to the fullest.
