Obituary of Greg Ross
Greg passed away at Providence Care Hospital with his wife at his side, following a courageous battle with cancer on Saturday, October 12, 2019, at age 62. Beloved husband and soulmate of Denise (nee Larkin) for 37 years. Cherished and loving father of Amey Ross and Ronnie Ross and very proud grandfather of Gregory and Renner. Dear son of Ron and Ferne Ross and brother of Leonard (Tammy), Laverne (Elaine) and Calvin (Michelle). Fondly remembered by his sisters and brothers-in-law, Deb Sagriff (Peter), Donna Searson (Bill) and Delores Tozer (Dave) and by several nieces and nephews and their families. Predeceased by his mother and father-in-law Ruby and Pat Larkin and by his brother-in-law Dennis Larkin. Greg was a dedicated employee of Strathcona Paper Mill for 44 years. He will be greatly missed. The family will receive friends at the Paul G. Payne Funeral Home, 178 Main St., Odessa (613-386-7373) on Wednesday, October 16th from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service at Emmanuel United Church, 63 Factory St., Odessa on Thursday, October 17th at 11 a.m. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery, Odessa.
