It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of May McDonald on August 15, 2019 at her home during the night.
Left to mourn her loss is her husband Terry McDonald of 56 years, daughter Janeen (Roger) Horne, son Robb McDonald, grand children Jackie Horne and Dana Horne (Jesse Merriam). Her siblings Hank (Sandy) Moore, Roger (Mona) Moore, Elaine Moore (Bob) , Brenda Moore, foster sister Sylvia Ambrose, in-laws Edie (George) Richardson, Rilla Offord, and Patty McDonald (John King) as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family and many close friends.
May was predeceased by her parents Margeurite and Alan Moore, sister Gloria Banga, brothers-in-law, Alister McDonald and George Offord.
A memorial service will be held at the Darwell Hall on Saturday August 31, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. with lunch to follow at the Darwell Golden Age.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to a charity of your choice.
