It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of our matriarch, mother and best friend Teresa Stewart (Villeneuve) at Marianhill Palliative Care with her loving family by her side on Monday, September 9, 2019 in her 89th year. Predeceased by the love of her life Earl Wallace Stewart on August 15, 2018. Loved mother of June Gilchrist (John), Dean Stewart (Sherri Mackay), Earla Stewart (Keith Prince), and Cindy Hobbins (Brian). Cherished grandmother of Derek Faulkenham, Shari Faulkenham (late John Parish), Kara Soucy (Nate), Tyler Stewart, Kelsey Musclow (Adam), Ashley Rasmussen (Ethan)and Jenny Clark (James). Big gramma to Chelsea Faulkenham, Damon Riley, Chloe and Kinlee Clark and Lucy and Julia Musclow.
Predeceased by parents Arthur and Harriette (Meilleur) Villeneuve and sisters Doreen Hackman (late Bill), Enid Gagnon (late Francis), Marie Jacobs, Irene Ditchburn (Ron), Mae Lacroix (late Réal), and stepsister Tony. Survived by her brother Ernest Villeneuve Sr. (Beatrice), brother-in-law Albert Stewart (late Winnie), sister-in-law Muriel Stewart (late Edwin) and many cherished nieces and nephews.
A special thank you to the staff at Chartwell Pembroke Heritage, 3rd Floor Nursing Staff Pembroke Regional Hospital, 2nd Floor Nursing Staff (our angels) Marianhill Palliative Care and Dr. Evelyn Weatherston. Your loving care for mom is greatly appreciated.
In accordance with Teresa’s wishes there will be no visitation. Cremation has taken place. A private family service will be held at a later date.
