Passed away peacefully at his residence on Friday, September 20, 2019
at the age of 73. Devoted husband to June. Loving Father to Troy
(Fatima) and Tracy (Gord). Cherished grandfather of Jeff (Julie),
Steve (Priscilla), Tracy (Nelson), Matt (Jamie), Blain and Josh.
Adored great-grandfather to Dylan, Rianna, Owen, Oliver, Arie, Aubrey,
Everett and Vincent. Predeceased by his parents Gordon and May
Johnson. Major will also be sadly missed by his 7 Siblings, Extended
family and friends especially his twin brother and best friend
Dempsey. Resting at Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas St., Cambridge,
where family and friends will be received for a memorial visitation on
Thursday, September 26, 2019 from 6-9p.m. In lieu of flowers,
donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly
appreciated by the family. The family would like to express a special
thank you to all the Doctors and Nurses that helped Major during this
difficult time.
