Lorna McCabe (nee Jeffcott)
(Resident of Haliburton, Ontario)
Peacefully at Haliburton Hospital on Sunday morning, September 8, 2019 in her 74th year surrounded by her family. Beloved wife of the late Douglas McCabe. Loving mother of Brenda (Paul), Heather (Stuart) and Danny (Trish). Fondly remembered by her grandchildren Holley, Harley, Colt, Alex, Candra and Kimmy. Also lovingly remembered by her sister Judy and her sister-in-law Dianne. Predeceased by her brother Ron. Lorna worked in Canada Law Book for many years. She and Doug moved to Haliburton to spend their retirement years. She loved reading and spending time with her family.
Private Funeral Arrangements
The funeral arrangements for Lorna are private. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated by the family. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the HALIBURTON COMMUNITY FUNERAL HOME 13523 Hwy. #118, Haliburton, Ontario (705) 457-9209.
