Dianne Minshall, age 72, of Stratford passed away peacefully at the Stratford General Hospital on September 18, 2019. Born in Seaforth, daughter of the late Ross and Jean (McKellar) Houghton.
Loving mother of Natalie Minshall and proud granny of Charlee and Lucy McFarlane. Sister of Bill Houghton (Betty), Robbie Adams (Russ), Debbie Jones (Bob), Lori Houghton, Jackie Berger (Raph). Also survived by brother-in-law Bob Marriott, family friend Garry Soper and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sister Linda Marriott and her partner Butch Ellis.
Dianne worked at Fram for many years until her retirement where she then lived with Natalie and was able to enjoy her granddaughters every day.
At Dianne’s request, cremation has taken place. Visitation for family and friends will be at the W.G. Young Funeral Home, 430 Huron Street, Stratford on Sunday, September 22, from 1-4 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Monday, September 23 at 11 a.m. with a reception to follow. A family interment will follow at Staffa Cemetery.
