Obituary of Annie Stoodley
Annie Goulding was born to David and Rosanne Goulding in 1925. She grew up in Point Leamington where she met and married the love of her life George Stoodley in 1944 and together raised eight children. She was widowed at the young age of 50. She was very active in the church all her life and attended church until two years ago. Her life centered around her children and her church. She was a devoted Christian and will be missed by all her family and friends. Mom enjoyed knitting dishcloths which she happily gave to family and friends.
Elizabeth Annie Stoodley age 93 was predeceased by parents, David and Rosanne Goulding; husband George; grandsons Randy Martin, and Colin Lilly; great-grandson Jeremy Reid; and siblings Albert, Frank, Lloyd, Erinstine, Idella and Edna.
Left to mourn her passing with fond and loving memories sons, David (Joan), Bill (Joan), Lyndon, Vaden, and Mervin (Beverly); daughters, Beverly (Vianney), Mondella (Bill), and Linda (Allister); 22 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and sister, Rita (Jud) Clarke.
The family would like to say a special thank you to the staff at the Carmelite House for the care of our mother.
Today heaven received another angel, our Mother.
