Obituary of Talia Carey
CAREY – Talia, of Sheshegwaning First Nation, passed away on Sunday August 25, 2019. Beloved mother of Tala, Tyla, Julia and Ember and partner of Frank Tomaselli. Talia will be sadly missed by her mother Linda Carey (David Kitchicappo), brothers Frankie (Alexandria MacLeod), Calvin (Faith Jolly) and Troy Kitchicappo, sisters Lisa Plume, Lindsey and Kathrine Kitchicappo. Fondly remembered by her grandparents James and Katie Visitor,as well as her uncles and aunts Richard (Harriet) Visitor, Wilbert Visitor (Lori-Ann McLeod), Edward (Priscilla) Visitor, Elva Visitor (Ernie Sutherland), Alma Visitor (Greg Gunner), Keith (Charlotte) Visitor, Charles Visitor (Dorothy Weapineacappo), Gilbert Carey, Gary Carey, Linda (Mel) Toulouse, Diana Cheechoo, Marlene (Charlie) Small and Jennifer Carey-Cool (Jim), brother in law Emilio Tomaselli (Crystal Madahbee) and family, sister in law Lisa Dominic-Hoppe (Daniel Hoppe) and family . Predeceased by her father Russell Carey, sister Michelle Carey, grandparents James and Barbara Carey, father in law Franco Tomaselli, mother in law Julia Dominic and uncles Kenneth Carey, Glenn Carey, Howard Carey, Hubert (Eileen) Carey, Donald Carey, Morgan Carey and Harold Carey. Visitation will be held at the Sheshegwaning Community Complex on Saturday August 31, 2019 starting at 1 pm, where the Funeral Mass will be held on Sunday at 1:30 pm. Interment Sheshegwaning Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Tomaselli Girls Trust Fund. Arrangements entrusted to the SIMPSON FUNERAL HOME, Gore Bay.
