It is with great sadness and much love that we say goodbye to our beloved husband, father, grandfather & son in law Rock Steers, who passed away August 22, 2019 at the age of 64 years. He will be forever remembered by his wife Edith Steers; son Aaron Steers; daughter Ashley Penley; grandchildren Mavik, Sarai, Gryffin, and Oscar; mother in law Helwi Sauerborn, and many other family and friends.
He was predeceased by his mother Marylou Steers and his father Robert Steers.
A celebration of life service will be held at Heartland Alliance Church, 53105 AB 21 Sherwood Park, AB on Thursday, August 29, 2019 at 2:00 p.m.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the wonderful staff at Grey Nuns Hospital who cared so much for Rock during his time there.
In lieu of flowers, donations in the name of Rock’s honour may be made directly to St. Joseph’s Hospital.
