After a courageous battle, passed with her husband, daughter and grandson by her side at the Grey Bruce Regional Health Centre, Owen Sound on Tuesday, August 6, 2019 in her 67th year. Beloved wife of Cameron McCulloch of Oliphant. Loving mother of Michelle Hopkins of Port Coquitlam, BC and Denielle Lemon of Owen Sound. Loved and remembered by grandchildren Annella and Jake Olchowy and Cassidy Hopkins, Brayden and Joshua Lemon. Daughter in-law of Dorothy McCulloch of Brampton. Predecased by her parents Joyce Schlatman and Eldon Litt, step-father Tom Schlatman, sister Jan Stahlman, brother Tom Schlatman and father in-law Ted McCulloch. Dear sister of Sue(Bruce) Robbins of North Bay, Jeanette Schlatman of Nova Scotia, Joe(Barb) Schlatman and Jim(Audrey) Schlatman of Hanover, Paul(Jackie) Schlatman of Milton. Sister in-law of Gus Stahlman of Ennottville and Susan (Tom) Dunlop of Brampton. She will be greatly missed by many cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
A celebration of Patti’s life will take place in Sauble Beach at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Canadian Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation or the Grey-Bruce Pet Shelter in her memory would be gratefully appreciated.
