Orpha peacefully passed away in Ottawa on Tuesday, August 13, 2019, at the age of 79. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Orpha’s Homegoing Service will take place in her native land of St. Ann, Jamaica, West Indies. The family appreciates all of your prayers and words of comfort during their time of bereavement.
