Mark John Donovan 1957-2019
Mark John Donovan, of Dartmouth, passed away at his home on Monday, August 26, 2019 at the age of 62 years. Born on December 20, 1957 he was the son of the late Leonard John and Norma Constance (Keith) Donovan. Mark enjoyed all types of music, and at a young age he taught himself how to play guitar and read music; Mark was an early adopter of all things related to computers and the internet. He was always willing to share his time helping others fix problems. He enjoyed spending time with his family who he loved unconditionally.
He is survived by his loving daughter Jessica Steeves (Justin), his four grandchildren Joey, Charli, Jace, and Braden all of Riverview; Brother James (Suzanne) of Halifax; Nephews Eric, Andrew, and Shayne Donovan; nieces Katie, and Rebecca Donovan; his life long friend Donna Steeves, and many other great friends who were like family to him, all who will miss him deeply. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his brothers Ricky, Mike, Tim, and Lindsey.
As per his wishes there will be no services held. The interment will be at Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery at a later date.
