Lorne (Bill) William Simzer
Peacefully at home on Friday, August 16, 2019 after a long battle with cancer. Bill leaves behind to mourn his daughter Cathy Simzer (Gary Locke) of Iroquois, his granddaughter Sherryl (Tyler Lennon) of Calgary, his grandson Darryl Locke of Iroquois, wife Luisa Hernandez-Simzer of the Dominican Republic his granddaughter Amanda (Brian Holmes) of Iroquois, his grandson James Armstrong of Picton, great-grandchildren Brittany and Kaitlyn Holmes. Bill is survived by his sisters Mary Moquin of Waterloo and Jean Langford of Cape Vincent. Predeceased by his sisters Goldie Butts, Winifred Leslie, Lois Simzer and his brothers Kenny, Raymond, his parents Harry Simzer and Nina James. Bill will be sadly missed by his loving caretaker Ida Donnelly and her children Carol (Paul Murray), Susan (Wayne Sloan), grandchildren Nate Murray, Megan Allyssa Murphy. Bill was a great stepdad and grandfather figure; he will be missed by everyone known to all.
Funeral Arrangements
