LESLIE JACK DEAN FIALKOWSKI
June 1, 1985 – August 25, 2019
On Sunday, August 25, 2019 at the age of 34 years Leslie Fialkowski passed away after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer at the Drayton Valley Hospital.
He leaves to cherish his memory, loving wife Sabrina, children Jaidyn, Taylor, Kaleb, Korbyn, Kallin, Kasyn, Kooper, Kiptyn and Everly. Also surviving is his mother Jackie (Tom), sister Shalyn (Dalton) and numerous friends and relatives.
Leslie was predeceased by his grandparents Jack and Shirley Fialkowski.
A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held at a later date.
If friends so desire memorial donations for Leslie may be made directly to Sabrina for the children.
