Our heartfelt thanks to Pastor Jason Kouri for his constant dedication to our dad. He was a member of the Slovak Society. He enjoyed bowling and was deeply involved in his children’s and grandchildren’s activities. John was a happy and enthusiastic participant in the Alzheimer’s day program at Marshall Gowland Manor. The family would like to thank the nursing, recreation and kitchen staff of Sumac Lodge for their unbelievable care of our dad. We would also like to thank Dr. Joseph Spano, Dr. Gannon, Dr. Steve Matthews and Brenda DiMuzio for their love and care. Our family will never forget their kindness.
