Mr. Jack Elmer Carroll, a resident, of Wallaceburg, passed away on Sunday, August 11, 2019 at the CKHA “Sydenham Campus”, in Wallaceburg, at the age of 90 years. He was born in Chatham and was a son of the late Harold and Viola (Simpson) Carroll. Beloved husband of Jacquie (Robinson) Carroll. Dear father and father-in-law of Brian and Cheryl Carroll, Lori and Brian Rosseel, Vicky and Greg Delmotte and Mary Carroll. Loving grandfather of Kim, Janine, Ashley, Jeff, Justin, Amanda, David and Megan. Sadly missed by 17 great grandchildren and 2 on the way. Kind brother and brother-in-law of of Pat Carroll, Lloyd Carroll, Dean (Shirley) Carroll, Wayne Carroll, Josie Carroll, Carol Carroll and Don Robinson. Also Survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a son Scott, his brothers Russ, Doug, Bill, his sister Bernice (the late Gerald) Wellman, his sisters-in-law Debbie Carroll, Janet Carroll, Ruth Carroll, Doris Carroll and Annie Carroll. The late Jack Carroll is resting at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home, 639 Elgin St. Wallaceburg, 519-627-2861. Following his wishes cremation has taken place. Friends and family will be received at the UAW Hall on Friday, August 16, 2019 at 11 am for a service followed by a reception until the time of the Interment at 1:30 pm. Interment of ashes will take place in Riverview Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy donations to the Canadian Cancer or the CK Hospice may be left at the funeral home.
