Hurlet’s Obituary
Passed away on Monday, August 26, 2019 at the James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander, Ms. Hurlet Pinksen, age 89 years of Embree.
She was predeceased by her parents, Becil and Gladys Simmons; brothers, Augustus and Arthur (Dotson). Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her children, Bruce (Jean) Pinksen, Julie (Robert) Sheppard, Gloria Pinksen (Bill King); step-daughter, Karen Pinksen-Stevens; siblings, Pearle Crew and Jim Saunders (Tom); many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. and a large circle of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Public visitation will take place from Gordon Woolfrey Funeral Home, Lewisporte on Wednesday, August 28th from 7-9 PM and Thursday August 29th from 2-4 & 7-9PM. The Funeral Service will take place from Glad Tidings Pentecostal church, Embree on Friday, August 30th at 2 PM. Interment will follow at the community cemetery in Embree.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Charity of one’s choice will be gratefully accepted.
